Opening a Trade Account

To open a trade account we require some basic information about your business. Once you have filled out your online application you will be shortly contacted by a member of our staff in order for us to explain the discount trade terms and to go  through the ordering process with you.

Placing Orders

Once your account is activated, you can log in to view quantity availability and to place orders directly online. When you place an order it will be reviewed by our sales department and you will be sent an invoice and payment instructions (within 2 hours).

You can make your payment by a bank transfer or by credit card over the phone, we will send your goods the same day if the payment is received by 15:00h or next day if your payment comes trough after 15:00h.

Orders from the UK will be delivered next day via UK Mail and the cost of £8.50 per box which will be added to your invoice.

Orders from all other European Countries will be quoted for shipping charges depending on their volume and customer preferences.

Tracking Orders

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse.
